The Building Official having ordered the demolition of the building situated on the following described property: Lot 7, Greenwood Manor Subdivision according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 65 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida (also known as 1015 LaSalle Street and 1015k LaSalle Street, Clearwater, Florida). Owner of Record: Ruby Johnson, a /k /a Rubie JoohnSon tian c/o Carol Jo Brenneman, Legal Guar 152 Souvenir Drive Clearwater, Florida 34615 and the City of Clearwater having now completed said work, the City Commission necessary r a costsonncurred as follows; of Clearwater against does hereby assess and charge the property for the nec y Demolition Cost $2,737.00 11Q - W Section 2. As soon as practicable, a Certificate of Indebtedness against the property for the amount of assessment shall be prepared, which certificate shall constitute a lien prior to all other liens except the lien for taxes. Said certificate, when issued, shall be payable to the City in not exceeding ten (10) equal annual installments with interest at a rate not greater than eight percent (IIo) per annum. Section The City Clerk is hereby directed to prepare a Notice of Lien in the amount of the assessment against said property, and to record the same in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
