RESOLUTION NO. 91-37
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, DEDICATING A
PORTION OF CITY -OWNED PROPERTY KNOWN AS FRANK TACK PARK, LOCATED IN
SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY,
FLORIDA, AS ADDITIONAL RIGHT -OF -WAY FOR SUNSET POINT ROAD (COUNTY
ROAD 576); AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE TO PINELLAS COUNTY OF A
TEMPORARY RIGHT OF ENTRY OVER A PORTION OF THE PARK PROPERTY LOCATED
NORTH OF AND ADJOINING THE ADDITIONAL RIGHT -OF -WAY; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it is necessary and for a proper public purpose to dedicate a
portion of City -owned property, described herein, as additional right -of -way for
Sunset Point Road (County Road 576), and to authorize the conveyance -to Pinellas
County of a temporary right of entry over adjoining property City -owned property
described herein; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following parcel of property is hereby dedicated as
additional right -of -way for Sunset Point Road (County Road 576), for use by the
general public, Pinellas County, and the City of Clearwater as their interests
may appear:

Section 2. The City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the City
of Clearwater a temporary right of entry agreement with Pinellas County to allow
the construction by the County of a temporary staked silt fence over that portion
of Frank Tack Park described and depicted in Exhibit B to this resolution, said
agreement to expire upon completion of the road widening project or on December
31, 1992, whichever occurs first.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record this resolution in
the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Section 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of September, 1991.
