6094-96AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF HERCULES AVENUE AND SUNSET POINT ROAD, CONSISTING OF LOT 2 AND THE SOUTH 160 FEET OF LOT 1, SUNSET OAKS; TOGETHER WITH A PORTION OF LOT 1 PINELLAS GROVES, SW 1/4 OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 29S, RANGE 15E; TOGETHER WITH M &B 13 -02 LYING IN SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 29S, RANGE 15E; FROM NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the zoning atlas of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1 The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby rezoned, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended as follows: PropeM Zoning Distri ct See Exhibit A attached.
