ORDINANCE NO. 6047-96
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, RELATING TO REGISTRATION OF
LOBBYISTS, AMENDING SECTION 2.700, CODE
OF ORDINANCES, TO DELETE DEPARTMENT
HEADS FROM THE DEFINITION OF STAFF;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 2.700, Code of Ordinances, is amended in part to
read as follows:
Sec. 2.700. Definitions.
Staff means the City Manager, the Deputy City Manager, the Assistant
City Manager, an the City Attorney. s: In addition,
staff shall mean any consultants, other than attorneys, hired by the City.
