ORDINANCE NO, 6969 -96
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING
APPENDIX A, SCHEDULE OF FEES, RATES AND CHARGES FOR ARTICLE
X1X, STREETS, SIDEWALKS, OTHER PUBLIC PLACES; PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of the City of Clearwater, Florida, processes
and handles a number of items relating to street vacations, and other types of vacation
requests, street name changes, address changes, and subdivision inspections: and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to revise the fee schedule to defray the cost of providing
such services; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section XIX, Streets, Sidewalks, Other Public Places, of Appendix A --
Schedule of Fees, Rates and Charges, is amended as follows: a
