ORDINANCE NO. 5966 -96
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
VACATING THE 5 -FOOT DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT LYING
ALONG THE NORTHEAST SIDE OF LOT 52, AMBLESIDE FIRST
ADDITION, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Rebecca S. Diemer, owner of real property located in the City of
Clearwater, has requested that the City vacate the drainage and utility easement
described herein: and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that said easement is not necessary for
municipal use and it is deemed to be to the best interest of the City and the
general public that the same be vacated: now. therefore,
CT BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF

side of Lot 52, Ambleside First Addition, as recorded in Plat Book

rF ----- releases all of its right, title and interest thereto.
r,y� Section 2. The City Clerk shall record this ordinance in the public
