5964-96UI ORDINANCES 6 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,. AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY CONSISTING OF SECTION 9 TOWNSHIP 29S, RANGE 15E; SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 29S, RANGE 15E; AND SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 29S, RANGE 15E, AND BOUNDED BY OSCEOLA ON WEST, ROGERS ON SOUTH, GARDEN ON EAST, JONES ON NORTH FROM UC(C) TO UC(C)1; GARDEN ON WEST, JONES ON NORTH, PROSPECT AVENUE ON EAST, TURNER ON SOUTH FROM UC(C) AND UC(E) TO UC(C)2; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the zoning atlas of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1.
