` AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER. FLORIDA,
VACATING A PORTION OF THE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
LYING IN LOT 153, WOODGATE OF COUNTRYSIDE UNIT ONE:
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Bessie Rubin, owner of real property located in the City of
Clearwater, has requested that the City vacate the utility and drainage
easement described herein: and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that-said easement is not necessary
for municipal use and it is deemed to be to the best interest of the City and
the general public that the same be vacated; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
