and the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation of the Mate of Florida (herein
"Buyers"), collectively"Parties'').

WHEREAS, on April 20, 2015, the Parties entered Into that certain Contract for Purchase of
Real Property by the City of Clearwater, Florida, in accordance with the terms as described therein;and
WHEREAS, paragraph 9 of the r(.f,im rit sfipulates a closing to occur no later than May 16, q
2015;and
WHEREAS, the Parties agree and acknowledge that the transaction cannot close by May 16,
2015.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and the mutual coven-ants contained
hereinafter, THE PARTIES HEREBY AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
1. RECITALS. The foregoing recital's are true and correct and are Incorporated herein by
reference.
2. CLOSING DATE: This transaction sha11 close on or before June 16, 2016. Buyer agrees to
rn ake a good faith effort to close as soon as possible upon execution of this Amendment,
3. All terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in fall force and effect unless expressly
amended herein.
