THIS DEED, made this day of LL , 2015, by City of Clearwater,
a political subdivision of the State of Flori a, grantor, to the STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION, 11201 N. McKinley Dr. Tampa, F1. 33612, grantee: (Wherever used herein the
terms "grantor" and "grantee" include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs, legal
representatives and assigns of individuals, and the successors, and assigns of
organizations).
WITNESSETH: That the said grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $1.00 and
other valuable considerations, receipt and sufficiency being hereby acknowledged, does hereby
remise, release and quitclaim unto the said grantee forever, all right, title, interest,
claim and demand, which said grantor has in and to the hereinafter described parcel of land
arising out of that certain EASEMENT , between GRAVES FAMILY PROPERTIES and CITY OF
CLEARWATER, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, dated 10/06/83 recorded in
Official Records Book 5632 , Page 501 , and Public Records of PINELLAS County, Florida,
together with all other right, title, interest, claim and demand, if any, which the said
grantor has in and to said parcel situate in the County of PINELLAS , Florida, viz:
An Easement Parcel lying in Section 15, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County,
Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southwest corner of the NE 1/ of Section 15, Township 29 South, Range 15 East.
Said corner being 2662.04 feet west of the Southeast corner of the Northeast 1% of said
Section 15. Run thence North 000 14' 41" East 50 feet, thence south 89° 17' 49" East 51 feet
to a point of beginning. Continue thence North 59° 26' 11" West, 14.48 feet, thence North
27° 56' 02" West, 8.0 feet, thence South 48° 20' 00" East, 21.71 feet to the point of
beginning.
Containing 30.265 square feet.
Said Parcel described above being the same Right of Way Easement Parcel previously described
in O.R. Book 5632 Page 501, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
