DEED OF CONVEYANCE
THIS INDENTURE made this06~ay of ::.JUne.. 2006, by and between the
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a Florida Municipal Corporation, party of the first part, and the
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a
public body corporate and politic of the State of Florida, party of the second part, whose mailing
address is 112 South Osceola Avenue, Clearwater, Florida 33756.
WITNESSETH: That the party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, to it in hand paid by said party of the
second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, conveyed and confirmed unto the said party
of the second part, and to its successors and assign forever, all of the following pieces, parcels,
lots or tracts of land, situate, lying and being in the County of Pinellas and State of Florida, and
described more particularly as follows, to wit:
Portions of R. H. Padgett's Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book H5, Page 27, Public Records of Hillsborough County,
Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part, more specifically described
in EXHIBIT "A" appended hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
TOGETHER WITH all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or appertaining, and every right, title or interest, legal or equitable, of the said
party of the first part in and to the same.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part, its heirs and
assigns, to its own proper use, benefit and behoof forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has caused these presents to be
executed in its name by its City Manager, countersigned by its Mayor, attested by its City Clerk,
and approved as to form by its Assistant City Attorney, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed
the day and year first above written.
