THIS QUIT-CLAIM DEED, Executed this 11th day of September, A.D.,
1979, by DANIEL WARD KINCAID, sole heir-at-law of OLIVIA MOORE SMITH,
Deceased, who was the sole heir-at-law of GEORGE MOORE, Deceased,
joined by his wife, PEGGY H. KINCAID, of Volusia- County, Florida, first

CITY OF CLEARWATER, a municipal corporation organized and exist-
ing under the laws of the State of Florida whose pose office address is
Post Office Box 4748, Clearwater, Florida 33518
WITNESSETH, That the said first party, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00 in hand paid by the said second party, the re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release and
quit-claim unto the said second party forever, all the right, title,
