In following the Deed forms that we have found that the City
of Clearwater uses in the past, we have prepared a Deed from Norman
C. Troyer and Joyce Troyer, his wife to Trustees of Calvary Baptist
Church, a copy of which we enclose. Mr. & Mrs. Troyer have given
these lots to the church for the purpose of providing, in the
future, a burial location for some member of the church.
Before recording, we would appreciate a letter from you
granting the cities consent for this transfer.

Dear Melody:
Enclosed is the form used by the City of Clearwater to transfer cemetery property as we
discussed on the phone.
Please have the Troyers (Grantors) complete the pencil-checked areas of the form in the
presence of a notary and return it to this address along with a check for $37.00 (transfer and
recording fees) with the original deeds. The City will execute the bottom half of the form,
change our records on Spaces C & D, Lot 33, Block 15 to reflect the new owner, record the
new deed and send a copy of it to the Grantee, Trustees of Calvary Baptist Church. We will
also draw and record a new deed for the remaining Space B, Lot 33, Block 15 which contains
the interred remains of William Charles Borsdorf which will be sent to the Troyers.

It has come to my attention that for several years the
City has been attempting to rectify an error made regarding
the interment of William C. Borsdorf.,
As explained in previous letters to you, Mr. Borsdorf was
interred in Space B, Lot 33, Block 15 instead of Space B, Lot 88,
Block 15. The space in Lot 38 was purchased by you along with
spaces C and D.
In order to rectify this situation we are requesting to
exchange the three spaces you purchased for Spaces B, C and D in
Lot 33. Enclosed is a quit-claim deed, that if you are agreeable,
you need to sign and return to this office. As soon as we receive
the signed quit-claim deed we will record and issue the deed for
the spaces in Lot 33.
If this is not acceptable please contact me at 462-bb64 as
soon as possible so we can reach some agreement on how to correct
this error.

the lot and space ov-ped by you. The above referenced property
is owned by the City of Clearwater.
Ye are very sorrv the error occurred and sup-est as a
solution that the two properties be exchanged by Quit Claim
Deed. It is possible to exchange just Space B or we can
exchange your spaces B, C, and D in Lot 88 for spaces B, C,
and D in Lot 33. ode will be happy to complete the forms for
your signature if you will advise me of your wishes in this
matter.

We have determined that William Charles Borsdorf has been
buried in Space C, Lot 33, Block 15, Clearwater Cemetery -
a different space than purchased.
Rather than move the deceased it would be more practical to
exchange spaces. You purchased Spaces B, C and D, Lot 88,
Block 15 and asked us to hold Space A in that Block until
July. 2, 1977. We were waiting for your decision regarding
Space A before we issued the deed.
The spaces next to Space C in Lot 33, where deceased is
buried, are vacant and we suggest exchanging properties.
Space A is also vacant in that lot if you wish to purchase
it.
May we hear from you as soon as possible in order to clarify
this matter.
