WE, Elizabeth Schuhmann (daughter of Elizabeth Sarah Concannon, a/kla Sally
Concannon) and Francis Schuhmann (son-in-law of Sally Concannon), are the named
beneficiaries of the Will of Sally Concannon, owner of Block 15, Lot 101, Space 2. The Will
(attached) was not recorded. Two siblings of Elizabeth Schuhmann are not mentioned in this
Will. One sibling has no objections, and there is no communication with the other sibling
Please take this affidavit as your authority to transfer the ownership of Block 15, Lot
101, Space 2 to Elizabeth and Francis Schuhmann for future interment of two urns.
WE, further agree to release, indemnify and hold the City of Clearwater harmless from
liability in the event of any claim arising from the use of the above described property for the
interment of ELIZABETH AND FRANCIS SCHUHMANN.

I, ELIZABETH SARAH CONCANNON, A/K/A SALLY E. CONCANNON, a
resident of Hernando County, Florida, do hereby make, publish and
declare the following to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking any and all wills and codicils heretofore made by me.
ARTICLE I
PAYMENT OF DEBTS
I direct that my last illness and funeral expenses, and all
debts which I am legally obligated to pay at the time of my death,
be paid as soon after my death as conveniently can be done.
ARTICLE II

DEVISE OF RESIDUE
I will, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue
and remainder of my property which I may own at the time of my
death, or to which I or my estate may then or thereafter be
in any way entitled, both real and personal, whatsoever and
wheresoever located, equally to the following named persons:
(A) My daughter, ELIZABETH J. SCHUHMANN;
(B) My son-in-law, FRANCIS R. SCHUHMANN;

APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE

as Personal Representative of my estate my daughter, ELIZABETH J.
SCHUHMANN. Should she be unable or unwilling to serve as Personal
Representative, I hereby appoint my son-in-law, FRANCIS R.
SCHUHMANN, as Personal Representative of my estate.
B. WAIVER OF BOND. I direct that no bond be required of the
Personal Representative or the ancillary Personal Representative
of my '~state.
C. POWERS OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE.
Any Personal Repre-
sentative appointed in this will shall have all powers granted by
statute and, in addition, the general power to sell any asset,
whether real or personal, of my estate for such price and upon
such terms as found reasonable, without any court order.
