that our Code allows us to repurchase the spaces at the original price less a~ ,~)
15% transfer charge. We would therefore, be able to repurchase spaces C and D'r~ .
Lot 508, Block 14 for $170.00 ~
In order for us to proceed with the repurchase of these spaces, it will
be necessary for your father to sign the enclosed Quit Claim deed and return it
along with the original deed and a copy of your mother's death certificate. Upon
receipt of the above, the City will issue a check in the amount of $170.00.
