human burial sites and is also subject to such other rules and regulations the City of Clearwater may adopt pertaining
to use of said described property.

Re: Purchase of cemetery space in the
City of Clearwater Cemetery:
Space A, Lot 21, Block 15, for
Theresa R. Schmidt
Price: $155.00
Dear Mrs. Lamkin:
As attorney for Mrs. Theresa R. Schmidt, I hereby enclose,
at her direction, our escrow check, payable to the City
of Clearwater, Florida, in the amount of $155.00 for the
payment in full of Space A, Lot 21, Block 15, a cemetery
plot in the City Cemetery.
My understanding is that Mrs. Schmidt's husband, Charles
A. Schmidt, deceased, date of death - March 1, 1977, is
buried in the adjacent space, known as Space B, Lot 21,
Block 15.
Upon receipt of this letter and payment in full, I would
appreciate it if you would prepare a Cemetery Deed for
both plots in favor of the present owner, Theresa R. Schmidt,
and forward the same to my attention.
