I am in receipt of the Quit Claim Deed you faxed, dated April 2, 1984, which
shows that Ruth O. Rodgers did "grant, bargain and sell" to Margaret M. Rodgers, your
mother, the South One-half (which is comprised of 2 spaces, 1 & 2) of Lot 60, Block 7,
Clearwater Cemetery. Although Margaret E. Rodgers was buried in space 2 in 1942,
the obvious intent was to dispose of space 1 which was ( and remains) unoccupied.
I have corrected the hand-written note in the lot book to read Margaret M. rather
than Margaret E; changed the ownership in the computer to read Margaret M. and
assigned the space for your mother's burial in the interment section of the database;
and placed a reference, in the database, to the deed file where I have filed the copy of
the deed you faxed to me.
These actions should prevent you from having any difficulty in making future
arrangements at the cemetery.
