without the written consent of the City of Clearwater, Florida, and to the, further condition that said property
shall be used only for cemetery purposes as human burial sites, and is subject to such other regulations the
City of Clearwater may adopt pertaining to use of said property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the only proper use, benefit, and behoof of the said Grantee and
his heirs and' assigns forever.

Dear Mr. Fields:
On December 20, 1990 you and Mr. Rhodes came to our office to
transfer ownership of the above cemetery spaces from you to Mr.
Rhodes.
We have discovered that Mr. Rhodes' name in paragraph one was
entered incorrectly as J.S Rhodes instead of J.S. Rhodes III. We
also wish to clarify the legal description of the lots.
We would appreciate it if you would sign the enclosed Cemetery
Deed and Consent to Conveyance and return it, to us in the enclosed
self addressed stamped envelope so that we may complete this
transaction. Please note that it will be necessary to have your
signature witnessed and notarized.,

the event the original deed is lost or destroyed, this information
