Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
J. TWEED McMULLEN, who, having been first duly sworn, deposes and
says:
1. That he was born in Pinellas County, Florida, on
September 1, 1913, and has been a lifelong resident of Pinellas
County, Florida. Affiant has engaged in the practice of law
in Pine11as County, Florida, for more than 51 years. -
2. That he has known Albert Pierce Rogers and his family
all of his life, and acted as attorney for said Albert Pierce
Rogers for more than 40 years.
3. That he knows of his own knowledge that Albert Pierce
Rogers was the grandson of Elizabeth Pierce, the owner of a
certain cemetery plot (which affiant believes to be Lot 10,
Block 2) in Clearwater Cemetery, and thus is eligible to be
buried in said plot.
4. That he knows of his own knowledge that Wilson N.
Rogers, brother of the said Albert Pierce Rogers, is, in fact,
buried in said cemetery plot.
