RE: BURIAL RIGHTS/ASSIGNMENTS - SULLIVAN PROPERTY
I called Mrs. OverbY'.ri{formerly Sullivan) regarding her inquiry as to the ownership and space assignment
of the cemetery lot in which her deceased husband, Lee Roy. Sullivan is buried.
This is a 4 space lot. Our records indicate there was no deed in our file and therefore, lists the owner as
"Unknown". Mr. Lee Roy Sullivan, deceased, is buried In space two (2), Lot Sixty-four (64), in Block Seven (7'
His brother, C.W. Sullivan, deceased, is next to him on the north side (space 3) and their mother, Laura Luvani
Sullivan, deceased, is next to him on the south side (space 1). Andrew F. Sullivan, deceased, the father of C.W. &
Lee Roy. is in the north-most space, Space 4. A further search of our files do not indicate that Laura L. Sullivan
owns any other cemetery property.
Mrs. Overby is making pre-need funeral arrangements for herself. She has arranged to be cremated by
John Rhodes, Funeral Home. I told her with proper documentation, namely proof of who she is; a marriage
certificate which shows she was married to Lee Roy; and an affadavit indicating there are no other heirs to contact
for permission to use the space, she could have her cremated remains placed in the same space as Lee Roy. I
stated she needed to do this in advance and we would make it a part of our permanent files.

Cemetery confusion over ownership of lots
I received a call from a Mrs. Virginia Overby, Fisher Wilsey Attorneys, 275 4th St. N. St Pete FI 33701 phone
522-8480. She was inquireing as to the ownership of some spaces in the cemetery. She claims she gave
money to Laura Sullivan to buy 6 or 8 spaces in the City cemetery. She is aware of four of her family
members being buried in the cemetery but wondering if her mother in law purchased any other spaces. Her
husband is buired in space 2 lot 7 block 64. Please call her to see if there is any other deeds to spaces not
yet used. they could have been purchased by Laura Sullivan, Andrew Sullivan or Lee Roy Sullivan,
