As the owner of Spaces 9, 10, and 11; Lot 5; Block 5 at Clearwater Cemetery, I am
designating Space #9 for the interment of my husband, Thomas G. Ceraolo.
Space 10 is to be reserved for my use at my death. Space 11 is to be reserved for
my daughter, Rosemarie Ceraolo-o'Donnell. She may reserve it for her own use,
designate it for use by another, or sell it as she determines.
