ifl Transfers of ownership. No owner of a cemetery space shall convey.
transfer or assian the space or any riahts therein to a person other than the
city without the written consent of the city. The form of the instrument of such
conveyance. transfer or assianment shall be provided by. or approved by. the city
clerk and shali be recorded in the public records followina endorsement
indicatina consent by the city. A reauest for consent to a transfer of ownership
shall be accompanied by the transfer fee as provided herein and the recordina
fee.
igl Repurchases by the City. Upon reauest by the owner of a space, the
City may repurchase the space at the oriainal purchase price. less the transfer
fee as provided herein and the recordina fee.
Sec. 29.03 29.94. Rules for interment.
(a) No deceases person shall be interred in the ~ municipal cemetery

ill The City Clerk will issue a burial permit when the followina
conditions are met:
(1) The space That the lot in which burial is to be made has been fully
paid for ane burial permit issued;
(2) The That the person arraRgiRg for whom such burial is beina arranaed
has the right to the use of such space ~;
/ (3) The space That sl:fch let is not used beyond its capacity. A maximum
~/ of two (2) burials in one adult space shall be permitted provided at least one

shall be allowed in an infant or urn space.
