update, I spoke with Moss Feaster and they confirmed that Diana Miller does not have any other siblings. The original
documents are also available for us; what I forwarded to you are copies. Apparently Ms. Miller will be traveling from
Arizona to Clearwater and hopes to have the disinterment done June 22.
If there is a concern or problem with the information, please let me know. Thanks

Florida Statutes Section 470.0295 requires the physical presence of a licensed funeral director for the disinterment.
Florida Administrative Code Rule 3F-6.007 provides additionally that the cemetery [City] should obtain the following
authorization prior to disinterment:
(1) A disinterment permit and burial/cremation transit permit;
(2) Written authorization from the individual(s) who currently own the burial rights for the plot; and
(3) Written authorization from the individual(s) who would be permitted to authorize burial.
Since the City apparently has no record of the legal owner of the plot, I suggest that we obtain written authorization from
Mr. Mora, if still alive and competent and was married to Mrs. Mora at time of her death.
If Mr. Mora is deceased [as is probable], then authorization should be obtained from Ms. Diana Miller andanv livino and
competent siblinos of hers.
Moss Feaster should be able to obtain this on their forms, as well as provide item (1) and be present at the disinterment.
This should protect the City from any liability associated with the disinterment.
