CITY OF CLEARWATER
Interdepartment Correspondence Sheet
A citizen has requested the City repurchase two cemetery
lots purchased for $135.00 each on March 25, 1974;
namely, spaces A 6 B, Lot 1, Block 15.
City policy as set in Resolution 78-56 states the City
may, at its option, repurchase spaces at original price
less 15% service or transfer charge. Resolution 78-56
raised the purchase price for spaces to $170.00 each
in Block 15.
Please advise if we should continue negotiations. The
owners of the lots are planning to leave Clearwater by
the end of the week.
