It has come to our attention that Martha Stanchi has
been interred in Space C, Lot 58, Block 15 Clearwater Cemetery
instead of the lot and space you own. The above referenced
property is owned by the City of Clearwater.
We are very sorry the error occured and suggest as a
solution that the two properties be exchanged by Quit Claim
Deed. We will be happy to complete the forms for your signa-
ture if you will advise me of your wishes in this matter.

I'm informed that a problem has been encountered regarding a burial at the
Clearwater City Cemetery. Specifically, a Martha Stanchi is buried in
Space C, Lot 58, Block 15, which is actually owned by the City. Mrs. Stanchi
should have been buried in Space C, Lot 55, Block 15 which is owned by her
grandson, Mr. Richard Maynard of Manchester, New Hampshire.
Further, I understand that the situation could be corrected by the City
exchanging deeds of the sites with Mr. Maynard.
Please be advised that I have no problems with this procedure if it meets
with your approval and the approval of Mr. Maynard.
