Mrs. Hair:
I am returning the enclosed notarized letters which were dropped off to
our office last week along with a request for a new deed made out in your name
for the space A, Block 7t Lot 112 in the Clearwater Cemetery.
We do not issue a new deed when a cemetery space is inherited by the
owner's heir. We require a copy of the death certificate and probate papers
showing that the heir is legally entitled to the space, which we file here and
make a notation ~hat said person now has legal rights to that space. Per our
City Attorney and the City Clerk, we cannot change our records to show that
you have legal rights to this property unless we have a copy of the death
certificates of the owner identified in the deed, the next heir, probate
papers showing your right to inherit this plot and quit claim deed(s) signed
by any others with legal rights to this property stating they give up those
rights to you.
I realize this is quite a complicated process, but that is the procedure
as described by our City Attorney and City Clerk. I should further inform you
that should you decide to sell this property without providing us the above
mentioned information, we will not honor_the sale and our records will
continue to show that Mary Louise Mahoney owns space A, Block 7, Lot 112.

The above captioned lot in Clearwater Cemetery was purchased on
October 20, 1944, by Mary Louise Mahoney. At that time she buried
her husband, Lewis Cable Mahoney, in Space B.
Mary Louise Mahoney passed away in May, 1955, and was buried in
Space C.

Cable Mahbney and Mary Louise Mahoney had two children -
Mahoney Klein and Helen Marie Mahoney Griffiths. Betty Mahoney
died in 1985 and was buried in Chicago, Illinois. Helen
Mahoney Griffiths died October 2, 1986, and was buried in
D., on October 6, 1986.
As only child of Betty Mahoney Klein, I wish to relinquish all my
right, title and interest in the remaining Space A. to my cousin.

TO UHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
This is to Certify that Mary Louise Mahoney was the
owner of Lot 112, Block 7, in Clearwater Cemetery,
City of Clearwater, County of Pinellas, State of Florida.
At the time of purchase of the Cemetery FIat, (Oct. 20,1944),
Mary Louise Mahoney had her husband, Lewis Cable Mahoney,
interred in Space B. When Mary Louise Mahoney passed away
in May, 1955, she was interred in Space C, leaving two
spaces for her children. Mary Louise Mahoney left no will.
The only children and heirs of Mary Louise Mahoney were
Betty Mahoney Klein and Helen Marie Nahoney Griffiths.
Betty Mahoney Klein died in 1985 and was buried in Illinois.
We request that burial of Helen Marie Mahoney Griffiths,
sole remaining child of Mary Louise Mahoney, be permitted
in one of the two remaining gravespaces. Attached is a
photocopy of Helen Mari Mahoney's Birth Certificrte.
