Dear Sir:
with the death and burial of my Mother, Mrs. Margaret
Logan in August of this year at Rochester, New York, a
second space in Clearwater Cemetery described as
"Space A and B, Lot 12, Block 15" is no longer
required. One of the spaces hold the remains of her
late husband Raymond Logan. A copy of the Cemetery
Deed is enclosed.
Should there be a refund, the cheque is to be payable
to the estate of Margaret Logan, care of the under-
signed at the above address.

Dear Mr. Hamer:
We are in receipt of your letter inquiring as to whether
the City refunds the purchase price of a cemetery space that will
not be used. Please be advised that our Code allows us to
repurchase the lot at the original price less a 15% transfer
charge. We would therefore, be able to repurchase Space A for
$131. 75.
In order for us to proceed with the repurchase of this space,
it will be necessary for you to provide us with a copy of your
mother's death certificate, proof of your authorization to
represent her estate, the return of the original deed and the
return of the enclosed Quit Claim deed signed by authorized
representative of the estate. Upon receipt of the above, the City
will issue a check in the amount of $131.75.
