human burial sites and is also subject to such other rules and regulations the City of Clearwater may adopt pertaining
to use of said described property.

Ellen R. Lindeman and Marjory Lindeman Tucker (daughter)

party of the second part, hereinafter referred 'to as npURCHASER'I;

The time of payment shall be of the essence hereof9 and upon default
in payment of any part of the purch3se money>> as and when the same
becomes due, the City may rescind this contract, retaining the cash
consideration paid therefor, and may also retain title to any part or
portion of said property which has not been used for grave space>> and
thereupon this contract shall become null and voido
THE PURCHASER FURTHER AGREES to abide by any rules or regulations
governing the use and maintenance of spa-ce in Cleanvater Cemet.ery
Addition as said rules now exist or may be made in the futureo This
contract shall not be assigned nor shall any grave space sold hereunder
be transferred without the written consent of the City of Clearwatero
The obligations and benefits under this contract shall extend to
the personal representatives and heirs of th8 Purchaser and the
successors of the Cityo
