Enclosed is the cemetery deed for your mother's space which
is SPACE zero zero (00), Lot Three Hundred Fifteen (315),
BLOCK Fourteen (14), in the Clearwater Municipal Cemetery.
This deed has been recorded in Pinellas County Official
Records Book 11248, Page 2070 and replaces the deed
previously issued. I am also enclosing a printout of the
status of the space. You will note that you have been
assigned burial rights. The term "urn" means you have
indicated your preference to be cremated and as I told you
cemetery rules do permit the burial of one full casket with
a vault and one smaller container for cremated remains. Give
this information to whomever you plan to make pre-
arrangements with. OK? I hope this meets your needs.
It is important to keep this deed in a safe place and to
make a separate note of the official record book and page
numbers. In the event the original deed is lost or
destroyed; this information will be needed to obtain a copy
from the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

County of Pine lias, State of Florida, as "PURCHASER":
WITNESSETH: That in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants
herein contained, and other valuable considerations, the City agrees to sell and the
Purchaser agrees to buy the following described space: PACE 00 LOT 317 AND
BLOCK 14. Clearwater Cemetery, as recorded in Plat Book 60, Page 30, Publi
Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

PAYABLE, in five monthly installments at the rate of $ 62.80 each month. The final payment of includes the monthly

the purchaser to make said payment shall entitle the City to retain all proceeds thereto fore paid, as liquidated damages, and may
also retain title to any part or portion of said property which has not been used for grave space, and thereupon this contract shall
become null and void.
NO SPACE SHALL BE USED AS A BURIAL SITE UNTIL THE CONTRACT HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL
THE PURCHASER FURTHER AGREES to abide by all rules and regulations governing the use and maintenance of space(s)
in Clearwater Cemetery. This contract shall not be assigned nor shall any grave space sold hereunder be transferred without the
written consent of the City of Clearwater.
The obligations and benefits under this contract shall extend to the personal representatives and heirs of the Purchaser
and the successors of the City.
