Please take this letter as your authority to transfer interment rights to Edward M,
Sloan in Space 1; Sally Smith Sloan in Space 2; Arthur Edward Smith in Space 3; and
Barbara Harris Smith in Space 4.
I, further agree to release, indemnify and hold the City of Clearwater harmless
from liability in the event of any claim arising from the use of the above described
property for the interments made at the request of the above.
