I, ALICE GORDON, a resident of Clearwater, Pinellas County,
Florida, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, revoking
any and all former Wills and/or Codicils by me made.
FIRST: I hereby direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid by my Executrix as soon after my death as possible.
SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate
after payment of debts and administration costs, I hereby give, devis
and bequeath to my niece ELEANOR A. METZ, which shall include my
stocks, tawit: ~~ri~:~ Investors Fund, Inc., General Motors, Woolwort
and Incorporated Investors, any my savings accounts in First Federal
Savings & Loan Associations of Clearwater and Largo, and the First

National Bank of Clearwater, in absolute.
THIRD: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my said
niece ELEARNOR A. METZ as Executrix of this will and direct that she
be allowed to serve wi~hout bond.
