CEMETERY DEED

between the City of Clearwater, Florida, a municipal corporatlon as Grantor and
Dixie Earl Glisson, whose mailing address is 1332 Hamlin Drive, Clearwater of
the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, as Grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
of $200.00, to it in hand paid by the said Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby
co acknowledged, has remised released and quit-claimed unto the said Grantee, and
