claimed unto the said Grantee, and his heirs forever, all the right, title and interest which the said Grantor has in and
to the following described parcel of land, lying and being in Pinellas County, State of Florida, to wit: Lot 35, Block 6,
which consists of 12 spaces, Clearwater Cemetery, as recorded in Plat Book 60, Page 30, Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida.
This Conveyance is subject to the condition that Grantee herein shall not assign or convey said property without
the written consent of the City of Clearwater, Florida, and to the further condition that said property shall be used only
for cemetery purposes as human buriai sites, and is subject to such other regulations the City of Clearwater may adopt
pertaining to use of said property.

Dear Mr. Errickson:
Enclosed is the Cemetery Deed and Consent to Conveyance which is used to
transfer ownership of Clearwater Cemetery property. As we discussed on the
phone today, I have completed the owner and transfer information as
requested. Please complete those areas check-marked in pencil. We will need
a copy of your parent's marriage certificate to show proof of relationship to
Albert W. since your mother's name does not appear in our records.
The City charges a $25.00 transfer fee and the recording cost of 6.00 for a
total of $31.00.
Please send the completed Cemetery Deed and Consent to Conveyance form,
a copy of your parent's marriage certificate, and a check in the amount of
$31.00 and we will complete the execution of the conveyance for you.
