CEMETERY DEED
THIS INDENTURE made this / ~ day of
between the City of Clearwater, Florida, a municipa
Hansel Dixon, whose mailing address is 639 Bryant eet,
the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, as Grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
$500.00, to it in hand paid by the said Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has remised released and quit-claimed unto the said Grantee, and
his heirs forever, all the right, title and interest, which the said Grantor has
in and to the following described parcel of land, lying and being in Pinellas
County, State of Florida, to wit: Space C, Lot 24, Block 16, Clearwater Cemetery,
as recorded in Plat Book 60, Page 30, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
This conveyance is subject to the condition that Grantee herein shall not
assign or convey said property without the written consent of the Grantor, and
to the further condition that said property shall be used only for cemetery
purposes as human burial sites and is subject to such other rules and regulations
the City of Clearwater may adopt pertaining to use of said property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the only proper use, benefit, and behoof
of the said Grantee and his heirs and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Grantor has caused these presents to be executed
in its name by its Mayor Commissioner, by its City Manager, and to be attested
and its corporate seal affixed by the City Clerk on the day and year first above

cemetery spaceD, Lot 18, Block 16. No payments have been received
since your initial deposit on February 27, 1992. Your agreement
calls for 6 equal installments, with the recording fee to be paid
with the final installment.
Please remit the sum of $249.99 by May 26, 1992.
If payment is not received, the contract will become null and void
and any monies paid will be retained by the City per the contract.

INSTALLMENT CONTRACT FOR CEMETERY SPACE
THIS CONTRACT made and entered into this 4TH day of March, 1992, by and
between the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, hereinafter
referred to as "CITY", and
NAME: Hansel Dixon
ADDRESS: 639 Bryant Street, Clearwater
of the County of Pinellas, state of Florida, hereinafter referred to as
"PURCHASER";
WITNESSETH: That in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants
herein contained, and other valuable considerations, the City agrees to sell and
the Purchaser agrees to buy; the following described space, in Clearwater
Cemetery, as follows:
Space C, Lot 24, Block 16, as recorded in Plat Book 60, Page 30, Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
PURCHASE PRICE is
DEPOSIT: $100.00
BALANCE DUE:
$508.75
$408.75 (includes recording fee)
PAYABLE in six (6) equal monthly installments commencing with the first
installment one month from date of execution and each month thereafter until the
entire principal amount has been paid in full, plus recording fee at the time of
final payment. The unpaid balance may be prepaid at anytime without penalty.
A cemetery deed for the space shall be issued to Purchaser upon payment of the
balance due.
In the event of default in any monthly installment, the entire sum may be
immediately declared due in full, and failure of the purchaser to make said
payment shall entitle the City to retain all proceeds theretofore paid, as
liquidated damages, and thereupon this contract shall become null and void.
NO SPACE SHALL BE USED AS A BURIAL SITE UNTIL THE BALANCE HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL.
THE PURCHASER FURTHER AGREES to abide by all rules and regulat ions
governing the use and maintenance of space in Clearwater Cemetery. This contract
shall not be assigned nor shall any grave space sold hereunder be transferred
with the written consent of the City of Clearwater.
The ob 1 i gat i on and benef its under th is contract sha 11 extend to the
personal representatives and heirs of the Purchaser and the successors of the
City.
