The time of payment shall be of the essence hereof, and upon default
in payment of any part of the purch~se money, as and when the same
becomes due9 the City may rescind this contract, retaining the cash
consideration paid therefor, and may also retain title to any part or .
portion of said property which has not been used for grave space, and,
thereupon this contract shall become null and voido . 11

THE PURCHASER FURTHER AGREES to abide by any rules or regulations
gqverning the use and maintenance of space in Clear~..ater Cemetery :'1
Addition as said rules now exist or may be made in the future 0 This
contract shall not be assigned nor shall any grave space sold hereunde~
be transferred without the written consent of the City of Clearwatero
The obligations and benefits under this contract shall extend to
the personal representatives and heirs of the Purchaser and the
successors of the Cityo
