THIS INDENTURE is made this 5th day of March . 1991 , between F. A. Chartier, 130
N. Bathclub Drive, N. Redington Beach, FL 33708 as Grantor and Geroge C. Rogers, whose mailing address
is 16700 Gulf Boulevard, N. Redington Beach, FL 33708 of the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, as Grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the said Grantor transfers ownership to Grantee and has remised, released and quit
claimed unto the said Grantee, and his heirs forever, all the right, title and interest which the said Grantor
has in and to the following described parcel of land, lying and being in Pinellas County, State of Florida, to wit:
Space One(1), Lot One Hundred Seventy One(171), Block Seven (7), Clearwater Cemetery, as recorded in Plat
Book 60, Page 30, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
This Conveyance is subject to the condition that Grantee herein shall not assign or convey said property
without the written consent of the City of Clearwater, Florida, and to the furt ndition that said property
shall be used only for cemetery purposes as human burial sites, and is ~ect to suc ther regulations the
City of Clearwater may adopt pertaining to use of said property.

Due to a typo, the attached Cemetery Deed and Consent to Convey cemetery property
described as Block 7, Lot 171, Space 1, from Francis A. Chartier to George C. Rogers was
voided. We contacted Mr. Chartier by phone, 391-7937, and he said he would try to come
in to complete this transaction but he never showed up. A new form was sent to 16700 Gulf
Boulevard, N. Redington Beach, FL 33708 but was returned due to an incorrect zip code.
Our most recent attempts to contact Mr. Chartier by phone were unsuccessful. We
reached a recording that states the number has been disconnected.
The original form was completed on March 5, 1991. Transfer and recording fees were
paid at that time. It appears Mr. Chartier's intent was to convey the cemetery property to Mr.
Rogers; however, the conveyance has never been completed and filed with the Clerk of the
Court. We would very much like to clear this matter up. Would you please advise us what
to do?
