As the owner of Spaces 9, 10, and 11; Lot 5; Block 5 at Clearwater Cemetery, I am
designating Space #9 for the interment of my husband, Thomas G. Ceraolo.
Space 10 is to be reserved for my use at my death. Space 11 is to be reserved for
my daughter, Rosemarie Ceraolo-o'Donnell. She may reserve it for her own use,
designate it for use by another, or sell it as she determines.

Dear Mrs. Ceraolo:
I discussed your problem with our City Attorney and
he recommends you contact the parties as represented
on your quit claim deed, as they had title to the
property in question, to see if they will negotiate
a settlement.
Your receipt shows the purchase of four spaces but,
in actuality, the deed only represents three spaces.
The City was not a party to the transaction and must
comply with the legal description in the deed, which
shows you purchased the south 3/4 of the southeast
1/4 of Lot 5, Block 5, Clearwater Cemetery.
The only other alternative would be to have your
attorney contact them.
I am sorry we could not be of more help in this matter.
