I, JED PITTMAN, the undersigned, do hereby attest that I am the Legal Representative of
LOUISE PITTMAN, deceased, who is the owner of Block Twelve (12) Lot Seventy Four (74), Space
Two (2). Documentation is attached to substantiate my statement.
My Grandmother, ALICE N. BRYAN, is presently interred in Block Seven (7), Lot One Hundred
Thirty Four (134), Space One (1). My Grandfather, E.C. BRYAN is intered in Block Twelve (12), Lot
Seventy Four (74), Space One (1).
Please take this letter as your authority to Disinter ALICE N. BRYAN from Block Seven (7), Lot One
Hundred ThirtyFour (134), Space One (1) and Re-inter her remains in Block Twelve (12), Lot Seventy
Four (74), Space Two (2) next to my Grandfather, E.C. BRYAN.
I agree to release, indemnify and hold the City of Clearwater harmless from liability in the event of any
claim arising from the use of the above described property for the re-interment of ALICE N. BRYAN.

Before me this 8th day of June 2000, personally appeared Jed Pittman, who first
being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. I am a resident of Pasco County Florida, and an heir at law and lineal
descendant of Alice Nowling Bryan and of Louise Bryan Pittman.
2. At all times material hereto, I served as the sole personal representative of
the estate of Louise Bryan Pittman.
3. I continue to have full authority to act on her behalf, and such authority is
also based upon the consent of all her surviving heirs and assigns at law.
4. I hereby request that the remains of Alice Nowling Bryan be moved from
interment at a grave site at Clearwater cemetery, to be re-interred at
another grave site at Clearwater cemetery adjacent to' her deceased
Husband.
5. I agree hereby to hold the city of Clearwater, Florida harmless with regard
to claims by any heirs and/or assigns at law of either Alice Nowling Bryan
and/or Louise Bryan Pittman for complying with this request.
