EXTENSION OF FIRE PROTECTION SERVICES AGREEMENTEXTENSION OF FIRE PROTECTION SERVICES AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made this day of , 2013, between the
CITY OF CLEARWATER, ( "Contractor ") and PINELLAS COUNTY, ( "County ") by and
through its Board of County Commissioners on behalf of the Clearwater Fire Control District
( "District ").
1. Contractor currently contracts with County to provide fire protection and
suppression services to the District.
2. The current agreement between the Contractor and the County is dated
October 3, 2012 and is set to expire September 30, 2013.
3. Contractor and County wish to extend the term of the contract until September
30, 2014.
4. Contractor and County agree that upon approval of this extension, all terms of
the original agreement will remain in force and effect as if the original term of
the contract extended to September 30, 2014.
IN WITNESS WEREOF, the parties hereto, by and through their undersigned
authorized officers have caused this Extension to be executed on this day
of , 2013.
