Dear Mrs. Angelikousis:
Enclosed for your personal records is the original of the cemetery
deed from the City of Clearwater to you for Space B, Lot 98, Block 15 of
the Clearwater Cemetery.
This deed has been recorded in the public records of Pinellas County.
At the same time, we recorded the quit claim deed which you gave us for
Space D, Lot 99, Block 15 of the Clearwater Cemetery, a copy of which is
also enclosed. As the result of this exchange of deeds, you again own two
adjacent lots in the Clearwater Cemetery. '
We sincerely apologize for the error which lead to this confusion, and
for the resulting inconvenience to you. Your patience and cooperation in
finding a solution to this unhappy situation are very much appreciated.
