AMF.NDED FINALJI.J1laKERT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard this 20th day of October, 1994,
and further on the 30th day of November, 1994, upon the Orders
Directing Non-Jury Trial. The Court considered testimony of the
part.ies and their witnesses, inclUding steve Murphy, ABA, a
professional real estate appraiser and Todd Berg, CPA." ' The Court
furt~er considered the dooumentary evidence submi tted by the
parties. : Based upon the foregoing, the Court makes the followin9
findingS;Of fact:
1 . T~e Court has jurisdiction over the parties and the
subject matter of this aotion.
2. This is a marriage of twenty seven and one-half years
duration which produced two children. During the pendency of this
dissolution proceeding, ARRaN RICHARD CANNON, born October 7, 1976,
graduated from high school and entered the Naval branch of the
Uni ted Stat.es Mili tary Service in August, 1994, thereby
emancipating him. The other. child is ALEXANDER CHARLES CANNON,
born September 1, 1978. Alexander had major back surgery in June,
1994, and he has not yet fini~hed high school. The parties
stipulated to shared parental responsibility over the minor child.
Primary residence will be with the Wife, SUbject to liberal access
for visitation with the Husband. Said agreement should be adopted
by the Court. . The Court has already ordered Child Support pursuant

follo~inq the end of each semi-annual period. Further, this Court
shall enter an Income Deduction Order providing for child support
to be paid throug~ the Clerk of Circuit Court, Central Governmental
Depository to coincide with the Husband's regular payroll periods.
D. The Wife shall maintain her current medical insurance upon
Alexander, and the parties will evenly divide any and all
reasonable and necessary ~ncovered medical, dental, ocular,
orthodontic or psychological expenses which Alexander may incur.
Further, the Court notes that Alexander has had a severe case of
scoliosis and has required surgery on same. The Court will retain
jurisdiction to hold furthe~ hearings upon Alexander's reaching age
of majority to determine if he is "dependent.. within the meaning of
Flqriga Law and whether further child support is warranted.
i E."')The Wife is hereby a~arded the assets listed for her in
~~ragraph S, above. The oemetery lots mentioned there are d~sc.ribed
as:
Spaces C, 0, Lot 12 and Lot 29, Block 15, Clearwater Cemetery,
as recorded in Pl~t Book 60, Page 29-30 Public Records of Pinellas
county, Florida,
and this~Final Judgment'shall act as a conveyance of any interest
the Husqand may have therein to the Wife. The Wife shall have
exclusive possession of the marital home. She may continue this
exclusive possession as long as Alexander is living at home and
attending school or college at least half-time. Upon sale of the
house located at 1305 South Indian Rooks Road, Largo, Florida,
legally described as:
Lot 6, Harbor Hills 4t;h addition, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 56, Page 86, PUblic Records of
pinellas County, Florida,
the Wife shall receive oredit for all repairs she has made since
this Final Judgment, one-half of all mortgage principal reduction,
and all costs of sale before the net proceeds, if any, are then
divided equally by the parties. The Wife shall hold, save, and
indemnify the Husband harmless for the mortgage obligations on the
former marital home during her occupancy, as well as any

outstanding mortqages or liens or encumbrances which are attached
to the assets specifioally awarded to her.
o F. The Husband is hereby awarded the assets listed for him in
Paraqraph 8, above. The Husband shall hold, save, and indemnify the
Wife harmless for the mortgages, liens, or other encumbrances which
are attaohed to any of the assets specifically awarded to him.
G. The parties shall evenly divide the debt of $16,935.00 at
the credit Union, which is secured by the Wife's stock and 401K
Plans. The Husband and Wife shall each be responsible to pay one-
half of the aforesaid debt effective January 1, 1995, and each
shall hold the other harmless on their own obligations. The
medical bills for Alexander shall be paid $676.50 by the Hu~band
and $496.50 by the Wire. The Husband shall pay to the Wite the
total sum of $7,218 for his half of those martial payments and
expenses which he did not pay oendente lite; he may, within the
next 15 days, elect to pay her $300 per month fo~ 24 montps or
elect to release to her 70 shares of his award of GE stock. The
Husband shall pay any deficiency assessed by the repossession of
the boat and trailer.
I. The Court retains jurisdiction to award attorney fees and
court "cots upon further hearing.
J. ; Each party is further ordered to execute any and all
necessary documents in order to effectuate the terms of this Final
Judqment. Further, the parties will evenly divide all necessary
expenses tor transfers of property herein which may be applicable
inClUding but not limited to recording fees, documentary stamps or
other charqes for ins~ruments of transfer in order not to upset the
scheme of distribution made herein.
M. The Court will retain jurisdiction to enforce all
executory provisions contained herein.
