do hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA, an
easement over, under and across the following described land, lying and being
situate in the County of Pinelias, State of Fl6rida, to-wit:
Sanitary Sewer Ea.sement as follows:
A 10. O-foot sanitary sewer easement lying 5.0 feet each side
of the following described line: Start at the Southeast corner of
Lot 13, Oak Heights Park, as recorded in Plat Book 70, Page 18,
of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and run
N 110 18'05" W along the Easterly line of said Lot 13, 126.0 feet;
thence run N 4102114911 W, 15.84 feet to the centerline of said
easement, and the Point of Beginning; thence run S 88029158" W,
65.38 feet to a point on the West line of said Lot 13 and the Feint
of Ending.
This easement being for sanitary sewer installation and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA, shall have the rig,ht to enter upon
the above described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon any
sanitary sewer line and to inspect and alter such sanitary sewer line from time
to time: .,
