EASEMENT AGREEMENT MODIFICATION
THIS INDENTURE MODIFICATION, made this

July, A. D. 1976, between the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a
municipal corporation, Party of the First Part, and YOUTH ASSISTANCE
COMMITTEE OF CLEARWATER, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation,
Party of the Second Part, all of Pinellas County, Florida;
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, both the Party of the First Part and Party of the Second
Part entered into an Easement Agreement dated August 11, 1975; and
WHEREAS, by the terms of the Agreement the Party of the Second
Part agreed to have all repairs completed and accepted by the Party of the
Fir st Part within one (1) year from the date of the Easement Agreement; and
WHEREAS, while substantial progress has been made in cornp leting
the repairs, an additional four (4) month period of time is required in which
to fully complete all repairs; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Easement Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties covenant and agree as follows:
1. That the Easement Agreement dated August 11, 1975, by and
between the CITY OF CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation,
Party of the First Part, and YOUTH ASSISTANCE COMMITTEE OF CLEAR-
WATER, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation, Party of the Second Part,
is amended in that the Party of the Second Part is hereby granted an additional
four (4) month period of time within which to have all repairs completed and
approved and accepted by the City of Clearwater Building Official and that
such additional period of time shall commence on August 11, 1975, and shall
run through and include December 11, 1976.
2. Except as amended hereby all the terms and provisions of the
