FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash in
hand paid to them, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits
to be derived therefrom, CHARLES H. WHITEHEAD and DOROTHY WHITEHEAD,
do hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an
easement over, under and across the following described land, lying and being
situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
West 30 feet of the following described property situated in
Section 36, Township 28 South, Range 15 East:
Begin at Southwest corner of SE~ of SE~ run North 189
feet for point of beginning, thence North 270 feet, thence

if breached shall cause this easement to revert back to the grantor:
1. Only if City does not have an operating sanitary sewer and
