EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar
($1.00) cash in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, and the benefits to be derived therefrom,
Order of AHEPA Supreme Lodge does hereby grant and convey to
the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an easement over, under and
across the following described land, lying and being situate
in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this
reference made a part hereof.
This easement being for utilities installation
and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right
to enter upon the above described premises and to construct,
install and maintain thereon any utility lines and to inspect
and alter such utility lines from time to time.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party hereto has caused these
presents to be duly executed by its proper officers thereunto
authorized and its seal to be hereunto affixed, this ~3~~7

Supreme President and Chairman Supreme Board of Trustee of Order of
AHEPA Supreme Lodge, a corporation under the laws of the State of Georgia,
to me known to be the persons described in and who executed the foregoing
Easement to City of Clearwater, Florida, and severally acknowledged the
execution thereof to be their free act and deed as such officers, for the uses
and purposes therein mentioned; and that they affixed thereto the official seal
of said corporation, and the said instrument is the act and deed of said
