FOR M~D IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of Six Hundred
Ninety-four Dollars ($694.00), receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, and the benefits to be derived therefrom, ROSEMARY
M. McNAY ("Grantor") does hereby grant and convey to the CITY
OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation ("Grantee"),
an Easement over, under, and across the following described
land, lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State

The Grantee understands and agrees that this Easement ~ ~ A., .&

This Grant of Easement shall be for no other purpose. The ;~o
