FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the eum of o~e Dollar ($1.00) cash
in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and

five (5) feet to the right side and fifteen (15) feet to the left
side of the following described centerline: Commencing at the South-
west corner of Section 32. Township 28 South. Range 16 East, Pinellas
County, Florida and run N 00000'58" E, along the Westerly line of
Section 32, a distance of 1004.01 Feet; 'thence South 89047'12" East,
442.51 Feet to the Point of 8eginning; Thence run South 63059'02" East,
86.33 Feet; Thence South 89059'02" East, 105.00 Feet; Thence
South 00000'58" West, 333.00 Feet to the Point of Termination on the
Southern Right-of-Way line of Sixth Avenue South.

This easement being for utilities and sanitary sewer
installation and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, SHALL have the right
to enter upon the above described premises and to construct, install
and maintain thereon any utility and sanitary sewer lines and to
inspect and alter such utility and sanitary sewer lines from time to
time.
