10' Water Main Easement lying 5 feet either side of the following
described line:
Commence at the Northwest corner of Section 32, Township 28 South,
Range 16 East; thence run N 890 40' 45" E, along the North line
of said section 32, 635.35 feet; thencE.: run S 000 00' 37" E, 1056.11
feet, to the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Cypress Point Shopping Center,
as recorded in Plat Book 87, Pages 80 through 84, of the Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida; thence continue S 000 00' 37" E,
along the East line of said Lot 1, 205.00 feet for a point of beginning;

44.07 feet; thence run N 500 32' 07" ~J, 130.69 feet; thence run

This easement being for water main installation and maintenance.

above described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon any
water lines and to inspect and alter such water lines from time to time, pro-
vided that all disturbed areas within the described premises shall be replaced
and/or repaired to it's original condition as it existed prior to such entering
by the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA.
