WHEREAS, by instrument dated October 28, 1954, PINELLAS AREA COUNCIL, INC.,
BOY' SCOUTS OF AMERICA, INC., a Florida corporation, did grant and convey unto FLORIDA
PO~E CORPORATION,a Florida corporation, a right-of-way easement subsequently recorded
Jc::muary 31, 1955, in Deed Book 1517 at Page 162 as Clerk's Instrument No. 178675A of
t.he Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, establishing a 100-foot wide easement
=orridor defined as lying and extending 50 feet on each side of and along the centerline
of a lattice steel tower electric transmission line traversing an east/west course
through the North 280 feet of E 1/2 of SE 1/4 of SW 1/4 of Section 32, Township 28
South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida; and
AI PARTIAL RELEASE OF EASEMENT

AND
WHEREAS, FLORIDA POWER CORPORATION has been requested to release a certain
portion of the above described lands from the above described right-of-way easement
and FLORIDA POWER CORPORATION is willing to release said portion;
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH, That FLORIDA POWERJ,O~pORATION, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable considerations, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, has released and discharged and by these presents does release
and discharge all of the right, title, interest, claim and demand which said FLORIDA
POWER CORPORATION has under and by virtue of the above described easement in and to, but
only in and to, the following described land in Pinellas County, Florida, to wit:
All that part or portion of the E 1/2 of SE 1/4 of SW 1/4 of Section
32, Township 28 South, Range 16 East, lying northward of the northerly
boundary of FLORIDA POWER CORPORATION'S 100-foot wide right-of-way
easement corridor, said northerly boundary being defined as a line that
is 50 feet northward of (by right angle measurement) and parallel to the
centerline of the existing lattice steel tower electric transmission line.

Provided, always, nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise
or manner impair, alter or diminish the rights, purpose, effect, encumbrance or provi-
sions of the aforesaid easement on that portion of the lands first above described and
not hereby being released therefrom.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said FLORIDA POWER CORPORATION has caused this Partial
Release of Easement to be signed in its corporate name by its proper officers there-
unto duly authorized and its official corporate seal to be hereunto affixed and
attested this 20th day of July , 19 87 .
