but excluding any water mains that may lie under buildings or within
five (5) feet of buildings. AND an ingress and egress easement for
refuse and garbage collections and Ci ty of Clearwater service and
utility vehicles. all lying within the following described tract:
A tract of land lying in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 32. Township 28
South. Range 16 East. Pinellas County. Florida. being more
particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Northwest Corner of said Section 32; thence N 89040'
45" E. along the north line of said Section 32. for 635.35 Feet;
thence S 0000'37" E. along a line lying parallel to and 30.00 Feet
Westerly from the east line of the West 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the
Northwest 1/4 of said Section 32. for 498.77 Feet to a point on the
Southerly Right-of-Way Line of Enterprise Road. A 100-Foot Right-of-
